Pleasantville, NY-  The Pace University Women’s Basketball Team has begun to formally announce their newest additions to the roster. As of today, 2 players have been recognized with individual posts on the team’s official Instagram account.

Coach Carrie Seymour and her staff were tasked with recruiting players to fill seven roster spots for the 2022-23 season. All of the departures from last year’s Elite 8 Team were seniors and graduate students who all either graduated this past May or obtained an extra year of eligibility from the NCAA upon the previous year being canceled due to Covid-19.

On Tuesday, August 5th, Pace WBB made a post welcoming Ciara Mulleady to the team. Ciara Mulleady is a transfer student coming to Pleasantville from Kildare, one of the counties of Ireland.

The following day on Wednesday, A warm welcome was given to Annabelle Burnett by Pace WBB. Annabelle Burnett is an incoming freshman at Pace University. She originally comes from Dallas, Texas, where she played her high school basketball at Trinity Christian Academy.

Since then, no further announcements were made by Pace Women’s basketball. Though they are bound to come before the summer ends.
